PhreshBuzz Magazine – No Refund & Advertising Policy

All payments made to PhreshBuzz Magazine are non-refundable.

Once an advertisement has been purchased and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, digital ads, magazine placements, website features, social media promotions, or sponsored content.

Why No Refunds

Once payment is received, work immediately begins on building, designing, formatting, scheduling, and preparing your advertisement. This includes creative development, layout placement, and system setup. Because time, labor, and resources are invested upfront, refunds cannot be provided once work has started.

Edits & Modifications

• Clients may request edits or modifications to their advertisement after it goes live.

• All edit requests must be submitted in writing.

• Reasonable edits will be accommodated based on the active subscription or advertising plan.

Pausing or Holding Ads

• Clients may place their advertisement on hold if they are not ready to run it.

• Ads can be paused until the client confirms they are ready to resume.

• Holding an ad does not qualify for a refund.

Subscription Cancellation

• Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time.

• Canceling or pausing a subscription does not result in a refund for any payments already made.

• The cancellation will stop future billing only.

By purchasing an advertisement or subscription with PhreshBuzz Magazine, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund & Advertising Policy.
